Founding Attorney
Boris Raytsin
Boris Raytsin founded Raytsin Law Firm PC to give injured New Yorkers the kind of representation insurance companies take seriously. He built the practice around thorough investigation, disciplined case preparation, and a willingness to try a case when an adjuster refuses to pay fair value.
Over years of practice, Boris has represented hundreds of clients in car and truck collisions, construction and scaffold accidents, premises liability claims, pedestrian and cyclist injuries, and wrongful death matters throughout New York City, Long Island, the Hudson Valley, and northern New Jersey. He handles both New York No-Fault and serious-injury threshold claims and New Jersey verbal-threshold cases.
Clients work directly with him. He returns calls, explains the medical and legal strategy in plain language, and does not settle a case for less than it is worth simply because it is easier. When litigation is necessary, the file is already built for trial.
